MBT Warehouse impact rail is our most commonly used floor protection rail for back of house applications warehouses, cold rooms & trucking route corridors.
Our MBT (Modular ‘B’ type) has many applications for protecting property, equipment, walls and columns from low speed impacts from typical environmental hazards that are experienced in the back of house/warehouse of stores. MBT is designed to protect your property and reduce the risk of accidental damage. Vehicles and roll cages of all types and sizes reversing and manoeuvring around sites can cause damage to walls, loading decks and security fencing.
Galvanised, hot dipped finish for a tough service life with aluminium feet, ends and corners, this adaptable steel barrier system can be assembled to any length and in unbroken lines; can be terminated for access points and of course go around internal or external corners to suit your site.

We have a range of fittings to allow our MBT rail to fit the most challenging of configurations and with our adjustable corner, our rail can be installed at any angle for optimum deflection.
MBT Warehouse Impact Rail is manufactured from 76x51mm galvanised steel box section supplied in 2500mm lengths and is complemented with a range of cast aluminium fittings.
The MBT support foot, with front and back fixing positions, is designed to absorb impact energy and dissipate it throughout the continuous rail. Each foot can withstand a load of 2 tons.
