Fantastic customer service.
Occasionally things go wrong and the way a company deals with it often defines if you would use them again. In this instance some solid oak posts arrived slightly damaged. Emily and the team were very quick to respond and dealt with the matter perfectly.
As a result I only have good things to say. So often this is not the case but they were excellent.
